Meet Dr. Kristen Igualada-Heine
Born and raised in South Florida, Dr. Kristen Igualada-Heine has always been passionate about helping people smile confidently.
She completed her dental education at NSU, graduating in the top 1% of her class and further honing her skills with a specialized Craniofacial fellowship. With her expert training and conservative treatment approach, Dr. Kristen ensures that every patient gets exactly what they need during each visit.
As an Invisalign® specialist and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists , she’s dedicated to providing cutting-edge orthodontic care that’s personalized and effective. Beyond the office, Dr. Kristen stays busy with her family of five, enjoys working out, and participates in her local church.
Meet Dr. Penny Reingowsky
Known for her personalized approach, Dr. Penelope "Penny" Reingowsky believes every patient deserves a unique treatment plan that fits their needs. Born in Lima, Peru, and raised in South Florida, Dr. Penny connects with the diverse community in Weston, offering care in both English and Spanish.
She completed her dental education at the University of Pennsylvania and furthered her expertise with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate from UF. Dr. Penny later completed her orthodontic training at NSU, becoming an Invisalign® specialist and an American Association of Orthodontists member.
Outside of work, Dr. Penny enjoys relaxing with a good book, watching her favorite TV shows, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Sunrise Invisalign
Invisalign is incredibly popular with both patients and orthodontists in Sunrise and is the top alternative to traditional braces. Instead of brackets and bands, the Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth.
Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and customized to fit snugly over your teeth. To keep your teeth moving in the direction you want them to, you’ll need to switch your invisible trays out for the next one in the series every one to two weeks as directed by Dr. Kristen or Dr. Penny.
The Invisalign system can only work if the recommended guidelines are followed exactly! Aligners should be worn 20 – 22 hours per day throughout treatment. If patients neglect to wear the aligners as directed, it can impede the results and also add time to the orthodontic process.
Invisalign is at its most efficient when correcting many of the most common orthodontic issues. For some complex cases, Invisalign may not be a good option.
